Spring Cleaning

With the coming of Easter I've been learning more and more about the atonement. Not in my studies but through my experiences. The new area is beautiful, Sister Norman is a great companion. I  see my old area many times a day (I am just across the freeway after all and sometimes we have to use Winchester's stoplight to cross 900E)  I have that "aww my old area" moment but it doesn't overtake me. Its been such a huge blessing. The not fun part of this week was my stomach was sick most of the time. I'm not sure if it was from the changes, or if I got a small stomach flu or what. But there were lots of times where I didn't want to take another step or pedal further, but somehow I could. I never told Sister Norman because we really had a lot to do and I could keep going because she wanted to keep going, it was amazing how I was blessed. As I look back it was about 3 hours throughout  each day that I had to endure some discomfort and then I'd be fine. Those 3 hours where bad though and I knew if it kept up, I'd have to call and do something about it.  But I'm past whatever is was now and I'm feeling a lot better and I know why I'm here and that the time is going to go by so fast that I can make it through. I can really feel and see Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ's love for us all in so many ways big and small.

Email is so late today because it was spring cleaning. We spent all morning cleaning, cleaning, cleaning  and organizing our apartment - kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, bedroom, studyroom. etc. I'm glad for the elbow grease that was instilled in me. It was hard work but lots of fun. And now "home" feels all refreshed. heheh

I felt so spoiled to get letters so quickly. And yes I did make a boo boo, the zip code is 84047. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Things have been moving so fast lately I hadn't even noticed!

That is sooo exciting about Ben's bug! I love how its even White too! Like all their cars. Perfect fit! teehee!

I hope everyone has a Happy Happy Easter! I'll probably find out by next week if I'll get to take another trip to General Conference. I almost know the Trax schedule by heart now. heheh

Spring Transfer

Transfers came as a big blow last night. Both Sister Rogerson and I are being transfered and the Elders are taking over the entire stake. :(  We know it's for the benefit of all but its still so sad!
I will be in Midvale with Sister Norman (a sister from Northern cali. haha) And Believe it or not Sister Rogerson will be taking over a new area with Sister Crockett! I'm excited for them! And I keep focusing on that whenever I get sad that we're being pulled away from here.
My new address will be posted in the usual locations.

I loved all the pictures this week! Its so beautiful and green back home, looks like you all had so much fun with the gingerbread house! teehee! The warmer weather has been good here. Lots of people outside to talk to again, we've enjoyed that. :)
We had a beautiful dinner on St Patricks day of Corned Beef and cabbage, yum!! It's silly but its really never tasted so good to me, just because it just felt so right to have on that day. :) It was great company too, they have a grandson out in Hungary that they are so proud of and told us lots of stories about it. We love it!

Our hearts are heavy with all that we'll be leaving behind tomorrow, but we are looking forward and trying to be open to all the new experiences that we'll recieve in this next transfer. Just like Niecy Nash, "when we let go we open our palm and a palm that's open is ready to recieve greater things" Or whatever she used to say. hahah Sister Rogerson and I are going to miss each other alot, but luckily we'll see each other in just a week at the next zone conference. whoo whoo!
Love you love you love you!!
Give Michelle and Sarah a big "whoo whoo Congrats" for me!! That is awesome!!!
So exciting! Yet again I love love love you!

Have a beautiful week! And yeah I'm totally looking forward to the big RM bike ride of 2013! heheheheh

Our Beautiful Topa Topas

Thank you so much for the beautiful Ojai pictures! Even pretty snow covered Utah mountains can't beat our beautiful Topa Topas.  I'm probably just biased, but still! ;)

I received the Sunday programs, it was SO NICE to look back and be able to see positive things I'd written. We're still going through some hard times with those we are teaching and trying to teach, but we keep working hard to just smile and cheer on everyone we can. Our talks and our gospel essentials class went well last Sunday. We were very tired afterwards though, we had even less sleep from daylight savings because we had gotten up early for meetings. whoo! But it was fun and we always love to see how much we can do in a day with our Heavenly Father's help!

We are so excited to be going to the Jordan River Temple today, it will be such a nice refresh. :)
One of the wards had a really fun chili cook off last Friday that we invited a lot of people to. It made me think, when is the one at home happening? Soon I guess huh? Crazy how time is flying! I love how you said spring is coming and I'll be following after soon. :) I love love love you!! Thank you so much for all your love and support. It is so appreciated and sooo needed, I pray that I can keep growing and pushing myself just a little each day, and your support plays a huge part in that.

It's Been Warmer Today

Thank you thank you thank you for the 10 month package! It gave me such a big smile!! I loved it!  Next p-day we'll be taking a Temple trip with our zone to the Jordan River Temple! We're so excited!
It's been warmer today, that is so nice. I can't believe how fast the time is flying by, whenever I start to have a down feeling I tell myself to "stop worrying and  just keep trying!" And then I get over it and we move on to the next thing. I'm so excited for the friends I'm collecting and the experiences I'm having.

Love you
